As the valley awakens in the soft morning light and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee drifts through the house, breakfast is already waiting for you at Waldheim.
Crusty bread from the local baker, butter, cheese and cured meats from the region, homemade jams and honey nearby beekeepers fill the buffet – alongside a muesli corner for a lighter start to the day. A breakfast, prepared with care, designed to awaken anticipation for the day ahead – for the mountains, the sunshine and all that awaits.

Our 4 course dinner with salad buffet presents Italian classics and South Tyrolean specialities – freshly prepared, seasonal and crafted with loving attention to detail.

In our cellar you will find a carefully curated selection of distinguished wines from South Tyrol and across Italy, and we are delighted to offer our personal recommendation. And for those who wish, the evening continues in relaxed comfort at the bar.
