As our guests, you are entitled to the complimentary Südtirol Guest Pass. With this card, you may simply leave your car behind and travel in complete ease and at no cost to the most beautiful excursion destinations, both in summer and in winter.
In winter, the complimentary “Ski Pustertal Express” connects the ski areas of Plan de Corones and Tre Cime Dolomiti at half-hourly intervals. Within the Dolomiti Superski carousel, 200 kilometres of magnificent pistes await your discovery!
With the Südtirol Guest Pass, the following services are also included free of charge or at reduced rates:

Free or discounted guided excursions from the activity programme of our local tourist association: family hikes, mountain tours, culinary walks, climbing experiences, family days, hiking days and cultural outings! Children up to 13.9 years participate in the holiday activity programme free of charge.
Active Winter/Summer hiking map and suggested routes, available directly here at the hotel
Winter reductions:
- Complimentary use of the ice-skating rinks in the Val Casies (Binta Pub in Colle and the sports area in San Martino) and in Tesido.

A few practical notes to ensure your stay at Waldheim begins in the most relaxed way possible.

Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am
For arrivals (after 6.00 pm), we kindly ask you to inform us briefly by telephone or in writing.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome in two selected rooms.
We charge €15.00 per night, (without food).
Please bring your own basket or blanket.
Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area, pool or sunbathing lawn.

Smoking:
Permitted only in outdoor areas.

Tip for winter:
If arriving by car, we recommend refuelling with winter diesel (anti-freeze protection).

Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 10% within seven days.

Payment:
We accept cash, check as well as EC or cash card.

Travel cancellation insurance:
As unforeseen circumstances can always arise, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Here you may calculate your premium and arrange cover – HGV cancellation protection, European Travel Insurance.

Cancellation conditions:
For cancellations 90 – 32 days before arrival, only the confirmation deposit (10%) will be retained.
For cancellations 31 – 15 days before arrival, 40% of the arrangement price will be charged, less the deposit.
For cancellations 14 – 8 days before arrival 60% will be charged.
For cancellations fewer than 8 days before arrival 80% will be charged.
In the event of no-show, early departure or late arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

Price information

The stated prices are per person and per night based on double occupancy.
The local tax of € 3.50 is not included in the price and is charged per night and person aged 14 and over, payable on site.

Discounts

Children:
- Children up to 3 years: flat rate €5.00 per day
- Children from 3 to 8 years: 50% reduction
- Children from 8 to 13 years: 30% reduction
  (in each case when accommodated in their parents’ room with two full-paying adults)
Adults:

- In multi-bed rooms, the 3rd and subsequent adults receive a 10% reduction.
- For groups, we are pleased to offer special rates in the low season upon request.
